Operation Hloekisa Lesotho at Likalaneng
The Minister of Public Works Honourable Lebohang Monaheng said the area of Likalaneng Ha Mohale is a very strategic place that contributes greatly in the economy of Lesotho as it atracts internal and external tourists. He therefore urged the community of the surrounding arrears to keep it clean. The Honourable Minister said this during the ‘Clean up Lesotho Campaign’ which was launched by the Honourable Prime Minister Dr. Moeketsi Majoro in Maseru on the 18th September, 2020.

Honourable Monaheng encouraged all organizations and public departments working in the Likalaneng area to organize end of the year celebrations to cultivate good relations and togetherness.
When speaking at the same occasion the Principal Secretary Mr. Retšelisitsoe Mohale indicated that it is the responsibility of all Basotho to leave in a clean environment which is why it was very important for them as staff of the Ministry to go out and support the Minister and the Likalaneng Community.
Ha Motloang Area Chief Mr. Pshatlella Moshoeshoe thanked the government for organizing the campaign and pleaded with leaders and entire Mohale community to have similar campaigns twice or thrice a year.
